Shawna Hernandez Named Endpoint COO

Digital title and settlement company Endpoint promoted Shawna Hernandez to COO, a newly created position, the company announced.

“I’m honored to be named COO at Endpoint. We have such a talented and fantastic group of folks here at Endpoint, making it a joy to collaborate with great people and drive meaningful change in our industry,” she said.

Hernandez was promoted from SVP of Operations, a position she held since April 2022. In her new role, Hernandez will take lead on implementing the company’s digital closing solutions, as well as introducing strategies to optimize and scale operations.

Hernandez joined Endpoint in October 2020, bringing two decades of settlement industry experience to the company. She oversaw the development of the company’s proprietary closing software, as well as led the company to a centralized operations team.

“Over the past three years, Shawna has been instrumental in Endpoint’s growth and progress toward delivering the first end-to-end digital closing platform. Her deep settlement industry expertise complements our digital transformation culture, helping us to unlock a home closing experience that combines best-in-class processes with people and technology in a meaningful way,” said Endpoint CEO Scott Martino.

Hernandez’s prior experience includes senior operations roles at such companies as JetClosing, WFG National Title Insurance Company, and NEXTITLE. She began her career as an escrow closer and has worked in all facets of the industry.

She is also a member of Chief, an exclusive network for female executives.

Endpoint is a digital title and settlement company backed by First American Financial Corporation. It has operations across the U.S.
