Peach To Add AI Tech To Lending Platform

Loan management and servicing platform Peach Finance has joined forces with Google Cloud to produce new AI-driven technology, the company announced in a press release.

“Peach has leveraged Google Cloud from day one, benefiting from Google Cloud’s experience running safe, performant, and secure cloud infrastructure. With AI, Google Cloud has applied the same security and safety principles, allowing Peach to securely and safely use AI to enhance our lenders’ capabilities. Lender data will never be used to train Google Cloud AI models, and cannot be accessed by Google Cloud,” said Peach CTO Eran Sandler.

Peach offers loan management, payment processing, CRM, reporting, and compliance monitoring, as well as borrower and agent portals. Its Self-Service Portfolio Migration capability is a stand out as well, according to company leaders.

Its platform is API-first, fully configurable, and offers support across virtually all asset classes.

Peach will add AI solutions across its entire servicing and customer experience infrastructure, including call transcription, call coaching, chatbots, case summarization, and agent self-service training, as well as further enhancements to be announced later.

These will be built on Google Cloud, which Peach already uses for its current technology.

“Peach has already seen the benefits of using Google Cloud’s secure and scalable cloud technology to build its platform, and by using our advanced AI technology, Peach can drive operational efficiency for its customers with more effective and efficient customer service experiences that are critical to the loan servicing process,” said Zac Maufe, Head of Regulated Industries, Google Cloud.

Earlier this year, Peach invested heavily in its first-party collection capabilities, making it the only API-first loan management provider with first-party collections built in.
