MMI’s Platform Opens Up For Small, Mid-Size Lenders

Small and mid-size mortgage lenders can now access Mobility Market Intelligence’s platform, the company announced.

MMI previously focused on enterprise accounts, but the company is now opening up to individual and SMB spaces.

“For several years now, small and mid-sized lenders with just a handful of LOs have expressed interest in MMI but haven’t met the threshold required of an enterprise client. This new channel will give smaller organizations access to the MMI platform’s powerful insights,” said MMI Vice President of Enterprise Sales Melissa Sike.

“We’re delighted to provide this option and look forward to witnessing the success smaller lenders find through this offering.”

Brokers and lenders with fewer than 10 loan officers can use the SMB channel, accessing the same core tools as an enterprise account.

MMI customers can access a database of comprehensive real estate and mortgage production data, as well as identify partner networks that best support their business objectives by gaining granular insight into lenders, loan officers, and real estate agents by region and individual transactions.

Heath Liles has been hired as the company’s SMB Account Executive. In this position, he will lead sales and manage client relationships as SMBs are introduced.

“MMI intrigued me from the first time I saw a demo. The platform is compelling, with the data presented in a simple and digestible way,” said Liles. “I’m eager to show mortgage lenders and brokers the difference MMI can make in their business efforts. I have never seen a platform as powerful as this, and I’m humbled to be a part of MMI’s growth.”

His previous experience includes four years at Movement Mortgage with upward growth, eventually becoming an assistant to the top-producing LOs in Charlotte, NC, as well as nine years in sales at Sealed Air Corporation.

Utah-based Mobility Market Intelligence offers data intelligence and market insight tools for the mortgage and real estate industries. Twenty of the country’s top 25 lenders use MMI.
