Marketing Exec Courtney Dodd Joins Floify

Mortgage POS company Floify hired Courtney Dodd as its head of marketing, the company announced in a press release.

In her new role, Dodd will lead Floify’s marketing team to “reinvigorate” the company’s brand and position it as a leading innovator in the field.

“I’m very excited about Floify’s mission to simplify and facilitate the point-of-sale processes to help people feel more confident and comfortable with applying for and following up on their loan,” says Dodd.

Dodd brings more than a decade of industry experience to the position. She previously served as Director of Integrated Marketing at SimpleNexus, driving business growth through enhanced brand relationships across audiences.

Her other experience includes product marketing manager at Ellie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology), marketing manager at Calyx Software, and regional marketing consultant at PrimeLending.

“Courtney joins Floify at a pivotal time as we’re moving aggressively to open new markets, introduce new integrations, and deepen our existing partnerships. She will be instrumental in helping us to craft our marketing messages to reach a wider audience and provide lenders with additional support and technology advances,” said Sofia Rossato, president and general manager at Floify.

Dodd has a BA in communication studies from Texas Tech University and an industry certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking.

Colorado-based Floify, a subsidiary of Porch Group, streamlines the loan process through its digital automation solution, providing a secure application, communication, and document portal for lenders and borrowers.

It launched a verification of income and employment waterfall technology in September, helping lenders and brokers save time and reduce costs during the loan origination process.
