Cenlar Announces More Promotions, Hires

Mortgage subservicer Cenlar FSB announced a host of appointments and promotions.

S. Courtney Collier-Beyer has been named Director of HR Compliance and Employee Relations. She brings 15 years of experience to the position, having previously served as Vice President of Employee Relations at State Street Bank. Her other experience includes Director of Employee Relations at DeVry Medical International, Senior Employment Practices Partner at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Covance Inc.

Ajanta Jain is the company’s new Director of Information Security, Cyber GRC, and will execute security efforts related to regulatory examinations, audits, compliance, SOC1/SOC2 engagements, and enterprise risk management activities. Her past experience at Sallie Mae, Vanguard, and Wells Fargo makes her a top-tier audit, risk, and consulting professional.

William Keller is now Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, bringing a background in capital markets and investor relations that spans two decades to the role. Prior to Cenlar, Keller was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Homepoint Financial LLC and Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at NewRez LLC.

Austin Stoop joins the team as Director of Enterprise Risk Management. His expertise lies in assessing regulatory guidance, conducting compliance testing, managing compliance operations and guiding operational risk mitigation. He previously held the role of Vice President of Servicing Compliance at AHP Servicing and Director of Compliance Testing at PHH Mortgage Corp.

Terry Webb, Director of Information Technology, comes to Cenlar from Ocwen Financial, where he served as Vice President of Infrastructure. He held leadership roles at Homeward Residential and Mortgage Connect LP, as well.

From within Cenlar, Jacob Foerter has been promoted to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In his ten years with the company, Foerter held multiple roles, including his most recent position as Senior Finance Manager.

Andrea Leisten was also promoted, taking on the role of Director of Corporate Education. She joined Cenlar in 2013 as the ELearning Education Manager and later moved up to Senior Manager of Instructional Design. Her areas of expertise include new hire orientation, functional training education material and delivery, corporate compliance education, and leadership/management education. She previously worked at Sallie Mae in training services and instructional design.

Finally, Laura Ann Pontelandolfo has been named Director, Assistant General Counsel. She will advise Cenlar on new and existing federal and state statutes/regulations and provide legal interpretations to implement any changes. She has practiced law in both the private and public sectors. She received her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University – Camden.
