Tammy Richards Promoted To Kind Lending President Of Retail

Kind Lending COO Tammy Richards has been promoted to President of Retail, the company announced in a press release.
Richards brings more than three decades of industry experience to her new position.
“I am honored and excited to step into this role at Kind Lending. Our team is truly exceptional, and I look forward to leading us into the next phase of growth and innovation,” she said in a statement.
Company leaders say Richards drove optimization, growth, and digital transformation in her tenure, helping position the company as tech-forward and flexible. She was named COO in May of last year.
In her new role, Richards will develop initiatives that drive Kind’s retail presence and fuel retail channel partnerships, recruitment efforts, and customer experience.
“Tammy’s leadership, expertise, and vision have already made a lasting impact at Kind Lending,” said Glenn Stearns, CEO and Founder of Kind Lending.
“Tammy Richards brings a growth-minded leadership approach, strategic vision, and a proven track record of success in driving retail expansion. As we continue to elevate our retail presence, we look forward to new opportunities for innovation, growth, and market leadership.”
Kind Lending is a national independent residential mortgage lender based in Santa Ana, CA. It was founded by Stearns.
It recently launched “Top Dog,” a broker reward initiative that lets its partners access exclusive benefits.
Brokers move up the ranks by increasing submission units to Kind and achieving a 70% or greater pull-through rate from underwriting to funding.
“We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of success, and the Top Dog Program is all about taking those relationships to the next level,” said Delfino Aguilar, Chief Production Officer of TPO at Kind Lending.
