St. Mary’s Bank has elected Stephen Grzywacz as Chairman and Elizabeth Hitchcock as Vice-Chairman, the company announced in a press release. Grzywacz served on St. Mary’s Board of Directors since 2010 and is President and CEO of Milford Lumber Company and Muir Lumber Corporation. He is also Treasurer and CEO of P.J. Currier Lumber Company, and is a Trustee/Chairman for Manchester High School Central Alumni Scholarship Trust and Trustee for Holy Trinity Cathedral. Home showings skyrocketed in 2021 as potential buyers scoured the hot housing market for a new home, according to a new report from ShowingTime. ShowingTime, a residential real estate showing management and market stats technology provider, released a report showing 2021 ended with an 11.5% year-over-year (YOY) increase in home showing traffic. Victims Of Mortgage Ponzi Scheme Can Seek Compensation

By KIMBERLEY HAAS People who were victimized by what investigators have called the biggest Ponzi scheme in New Hampshire history can apply for compensation. In a news release, officials from the state’s Department of Justice announced that victims of Financial Resources Mortgage, Inc., and CL&M, Inc., can start filing applications to seek compensation from the FRM Victims’ Contribution Recovery Fund. People can submit an application either by printing, filling out, and mailing the paper version or by completing and sending the electronic version. The application deadline is May 18.
