Arrive Home’s president has been named chair of the California Mortgage Bankers Association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Tai Christensen will share the role with the current vice-chair of the committee, Stephanie Whittenberg. The two will work to promote diversity and inclusion in the mortgage lending world. CBC Mortgage Rebrands Chenoa Fund For 10-Year Anniversary

CBC Mortgage Agency is celebrating its 10-year anniversary by rebranding its correspondent investor and Chenoa Fund Program. The Chenoa Fund has assisted more than 42,000 families with down payments since May 2013 and operates in 49 states and territories. Tai Christensen Named Chair Of American Mortgage Diversity Council

CBC Mortgage Agency’s Tai Christensen has been named chair of the American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC), the company announced in a press release. Christensen will succeed Lola Oyewole, the outgoing chair. “Working for a company that aligns closely with my desire to erase racial disparity in homeownership has been so gratifying,” Christensen said. “So, when the opportunity to support the American Mortgage Diversity Council arose last year, I jumped at the chance.
