Shelley Duffy Promoted To EVP, National Sales At Incenter

Incenter Lender Servicers has promoted Shelley Duffy to EVP of National Sales, the company announced.
In her new role, Duffy will oversee Incenter’s Enterprise Business Development Team as it seeks to “strengthen clients’ competitive advantage.”
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help our clients strengthen their market positioning despite today’s challenges,” she said.
“Incenter has a wonderful Enterprise Business Development team who have repeatedly proven themselves as strategic partners to lenders, servicers and investors. They are enthusiastic about the potential of our current and future solutions to accelerate the industry’s momentum.”
Duffy previously served as SVP, National Sales, where she “made a tremendous impact on Incenter and its customers,” according to Tom Piercy, Incenter’s President of National Enterprise Business Development.
“Her extensive industry relationships, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to follow-through make her an indispensable partner in our clients’ success,” he said.
Duffy has more than a decade of leadership experience in the housing finance industry. She held senior positions at Radian for nine years. Prior to Incenter, she served as SVP of Enterprise Sales at Computershare Loan Services.
Founded in 2016, Incenter Lender Services offers processing services and fintech solutions that enable participants across the mortgage industry to maximize operational and financial performance. It also works in capital markets, student lending, insurance, property tax, and more.
The company recently promoted Sara Parrish to COO and announced a plan to appeal to IMBs with variable-cost services.
“A big part of my job is preparing us for scale,” Parrish told HousingWire. “We are getting ready to tackle even more exciting projects, and we expect a lot of growth, especially in the third and fourth quarters of this year and then into next year as well.”
Last year, after a Finance of America buyout, the company onboarded new C-suite executives.
