Rocket Pro TPO Announces New Initiatives For Broker Success

Rocket Mortgage’s Rocket Pro TPO, which works with independent mortgage brokers, announced tech changes to help brokers grow and strengthen their businesses. Rocket Pro TPO Executive Vice President Austin Niemiec outlined the new additions in a presentation.

“We believe true leaders help brokers succeed. They view the world with a limitless mindset. The mortgage market is huge, the pie is nearly infinite, and it’s our responsibility to help the brokers who work with us get a bigger piece of it,” he said.

“Today’s announcement is about breaking barriers and building bridges – helping brokers leverage the tools, resources, and knowledge Rocket Mortgage has built as the nation’s largest mortgage lender.”

Niemiec announced a new tech addition called Client Portal, available for brokers’ clients for uploading and signing their mortgage documents. 

The portal will be customizable for each broker, including the option to put their branding on it, and will launch in December.

Also announced was Rocket Network, which will help brokers connect with real estate professionals by connecting agents, buyers, and brokers through Rocket Homes. 

“Pro Mixers,” networking events where brokers can meet with agents, will also be available to brokers starting in November when 200 agents and partners will convene in San Francisco. Plus, Rocket has created a tracking agent to be featured in the broker portal.

“We know our broker partners work hard to establish connections with local real estate professionals, and we want to protect those relationships,” Niemiec said.

“We will honor these connections while also leveraging our Rocket platform to help brokers create new partnerships. The truth is, there is plenty of business for everyone to be successful in the mortgage market, and this is yet another example of Rocket Pro TPO’s commitment to invest in our broker partners.”

Additionally, Niemiec announced the launch of a Marketing Hub, which will provide marketing material through the broker portal. The Marketing Hub has been redesigned to be easier to use, searchable, and will allow brokers to easily create marketing materials with their own branding. The Marketing Hub will also include a learning center with advice and training on marketing.

 Finally, Rocket Pro TPO has added enhancements to Rocket Connect. The company committed to a two-hour response window for all Rocket Connect inquiries and added an option for brokers to immediately escalate to Operations leaders. Both changes are in effect today.

Rocket Mortgage is America’s largest mortgage lender. In 2020, they closed $320 billion in mortgage volume.
