One Real Mortgage Launches Stock Awards Program For LOs

One Real Mortgage launched a new compensation and stock awards program for loan officers.

The goal is to “reward entrepreneurial excellence,” the company said in a press release, allowing LOs to build wealth and passive income while benefiting from One Real’s growth.

“In today’s competitive market, loan officers are not just employees — they’re entrepreneurs. We believe in providing them with the same wealth-building opportunities we offer our real estate agents,” said Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real. “These new programs are designed to celebrate performance, encourage collaboration, and foster financial independence.”

With the Level Up Recruiting and Coaching Compensation Program, employees can earn $15,000 in restricted share units for $20 million in annual production, and $500 in units for each LO they bring to the company, so long as the new employee closes a transaction within their first 90 days.

Stock awards are subject to a three-year vesting period. If settled, the restricted share units translate to common shares of The Real Brokerage Inc.

In addition, agents with a loan originator license who partner with One Real Mortgage LOs can earn compensation on mortgage transactions.

“We’re not only offering loan officers a place to grow their careers — we’re giving them the opportunity to share in the success they help create. This opportunity in the mortgage space enables loan officers to build multiple revenue opportunities, including through stock awards, and recruiting and coaching compensation,” said Samir Dedhia, CEO of One Real Mortgage.

In a Facebook video, Dedhia added that while LOs don’t have a built-in retirement plan, passive income like stock awards can help grow their family’s wealth and set them up long term.

“Other real estate companies have done this a little bit, but we’re going to be the first to market to keep launching uncapped growth potential around additional ways to earn,” he added.

It operates in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
