Daniel Manginelli Joins Rate To Lead In-House Coaching
Rate tapped Daniel Manginelli to lead its newly minted in-house sales coaching program.
The program, Success Coaching Solutions, will be available within the Rate platform and is designed to drive sales team growth and productivity.
Manginelli spearheads the program, which is tailor-made for mortgage professionals. He offers bi-weekly coaching sessions, a performance-tracking dashboard, and leader insights.
“There’s no industry player bolder than Rate in our commitment to empowering our loan officers to help customers in communities nationwide to achieve home ownership and build generational wealth,” said Rate CEO Victor Ciardelli.
“With that, we hold back nothing in providing our professionals with world-class training and ensuring that our unmatched tech and tools are at the heart of that.”
Manginelli is an industry pro with nearly four decades of mortgage experience and the author of two books: “SHAKE IT UP! Big Dreams and Bold Choices On The Road To Success” and “Wake Up! Jumpstart The Life You’ve Always Had In Mind.”
“I believe the best coaches and mentors have lived what they coach. With over three decades in sales, I have built a career on growth and achieving at the highest level. My goal at Rate is to integrate technology into the coaching platform, ensuring accountability and leveraging Rate’s tools to their highest and best use. We aim to double each sales individual’s growth within twelve months,” said Manginelli.
Rate notes that the move will make it one of the only top mortgage companies to provide in-house coaching through its tech.
Rate is a Chicago-based lending and digital financial services company with more than 850 branches across the U.S., serving all 50 states and Washington, DC. It recently rebranded, shortening its name from Guaranteed Rate.
Last month, dozens of former employees claimed the company fostered a toxic work environment.
