Cairn Real Estate announced the appointment of Mark Johnson as President of JPAR® – Real Estate.
As president, Johnson will oversee the entire JPAR Real Estate enterprise, including brokerage and franchise operations, across 65 states and more than 3,600 real estate professionals.

Johnson has worked with JPAR since 2018, according to his LinkedIn. He is also a co-founder of Co-Recruit, a real estate coaching and consulting company, and a Director Partner at ThirdPool recruiting. Prior to JPAR, he was vice president at Tom Ferry International in Irvine, CA.
Johnson earned his MBA from California State University and a Behavioral Change Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine. He is often featured as a guest commentator on local and national media to discuss real estate trends and is the host of Success Superstars, which features the best practices of agents across the country.
In a statement, the company recognized Johnson’s influential industry and enterprise leadership as leading JPAR’s growth in the past four years.
