BSI Financial Brings On Two New Execs
BSI Financial Services has hired Sean McGowan as Chief People Officer and Shannon Clay as Senior Vice President of Investor Reporting, the company announced in a press release.
McGowan brings 20 years of experience to the role and will develop and execute human resource strategy, especially in the areas of talent management, organization and performance management, training, development, and compensation.

Prior to this, McGowan has held leadership roles at Appspace, Accenture, Bank of America, and Mr. Cooper.

As SVP of investor reporting, Clay will manage the reporting team and reconciliations and treasury cash management. She has 20 years of experience will mortgage investment and portfolio management.

Prior to taking this position, she served as senior vice president of investor services for Mr. Cooper and has also worked for Saxon Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans.
