Aidium CRM Announces 24/7 Customer Support

CRM platform Aidium launched a 24/7 customer support service, the company announced in a press release.

Aidium says its goal is to provide mortgage professionals with “unparalleled support” and real-time assistance whenever needed, as pros often work beyond standard business hours.

“Emergencies don’t wait for business hours, and neither do we,” said Spencer Dusebout, CEO of Aidium. “Our customers use Aidium at all hours—nights, weekends, even holidays—so we had to offer support whenever needed, with real people ready to take phone calls and respond to messages.”

The program provides multichannel support through phone, email, and online chat.

“At Aidium, we recognize that our clients operate in a demanding and time-sensitive industry. Our 24/7 support service ensures they have the necessary assistance to overcome challenges promptly,” said Tim Tietz, Head of Customer Support.

Aidium Mortgage CRM is a Boulder-based provider of mortgage technology solutions. It provides mortgage lenders with a unified platform for engaging, converting, closing, and nurturing borrowers throughout the home purchase and refinance journey.

In April, it closed a $19 million Series A funding round led by PeakSpan Capital. 

The company was formerly known as Daily AI, but rebranded last year when it launched its CRM product.
